The monthly deadline for payroll is the 15th of each month.
Please note that the August payroll deadline will be earlier on 10th August 2025 - this is to allow processing to be completed prior to the Central Team office move to English Martyrs.
All pay claims such as hours and expenses must be submitted via Edupay and authorised by line managers by this date. Should this not be the case, payment will be made in the next available pay date after authorisation.
Staff will be paid via BACS payment into their bank account on the last working day of the month. Christmas pay is always earlier and is subject to change each year. This year it will be paid on Friday 19th December.
