The monthly deadline for payroll is the 15th of each month.
All pay claims such as hours and expenses must be submitted via Edupay and authorised by line managers by this date. Should this not be the case, payment will be made in the next available pay date after authorisation.
Staff will be paid via BACS payment into their bank account on the last working day of the month. Christmas pay is always earlier on 23rd December. If the 23rd December falls on a weekend, it will be paid the previous Friday of that week.
